I think it's because the bullet is so thin that even with that force it could dive right into the water.

Indeed it's a special assault rifle designed specially for water operations. The projectiles are stabilized using a hydrodynamic cavity, generated by the flat point of the projectile.

Auto how much is that gun? Bring one over to la for me ok? I would rofl at surgery trying to take that bullet out of som1. That shot would hurt.
