Doing some updates for the next bit, server will be down, will post progress as I update stuff.

Amx is now upgraded from version 1.65 to 1.81 (it was 2 years old).

Going to re do this at a later time, on a test server, too much shit screwed up with atac (team kill punish) and other things. Will be easier to do it on a test server next month when I have a spare computer to do it on.
