Yeah, the main misunderstanding is that your members keep calling it a clan. I was there like yesterday when you guys said "lets get xxx to join our clan, he will make the 4th member" so don't say you never said it. We don't care that you have a clan at all, good for you, but we don't recruit people already in a clan, its bad etiquette, so the issue is that there are people who are considered for recruitment, but we are unsure if they are already in a clan or not.
Also, I don't mind you guys having the tag on, but seriously, a few of you talk a little too much (and have very loud mics), and when I get tons of messages on steam when I get home from work every day about the "wss clan guys" wont shut up, spam their mics, and people are leaving our server because they cannot hear the game, because there is no break in talking, etc, then there is a problem. I just want to sit on my computer for an hour and play a game, not deal with it. I play the game for fun, and when this crap happens, its not fun.
So to make everyone happy, please keep the chatter down, maybe get a TS server or vent (I can hook you up with a channel in my server if you want), and just everyone drop it for now. I am going to ask you to stop talking as much if i hear you, then there will be a gag put on you if you do not (or any of my other admins will). If this is not dropped, then I will have to figure out what to do from there.
