Peng, try it on your other computer, it may be a dual core thing. Or you can test it on yours, bring up taskmanager right click the hl process and set affinity to just 1 processor, test.

..Lol.. It was steam being gay. If i have it set to two cores, it makes all games lag.. :D But, problem solved! Yay! However, I still have a bunch of files to transfer, and I was in a car accident on monday.. Have to sort all of that out before I get back into the game.

Yeah, good ol' ford's fine. Just dinged up the front right panel behind the light, in front of the tire, and broke all of my upper support brackets for my front bumper. Looking at, I'm hoping, nothing more than 2 grand to fix.. doubt I'm that lucky. Going to file with the police, and get the other drivers insurance to fix it. I have a witness who saw them hit me.. so if they want to pull court on me.. They're goin down :twisted:
