right well its time to upgrade my video card. I am running off of a zd8000 laptop from HP and right now I currently have the ati mobility radeon x600. now I know with laptops it is usually difficult to find something compatible but I was just looking for a start and any information that you could give me to point me in the right direction. thanks!

Your laptop does not have a replaceable video card, VERY few do, like some expensive ones do (this is very rare), but your laptop does not have this option.
