Not really, I herd about the mod - it changes your bike speed to 9999 (don't know what the default is) and toggles bhop's on/off.

Been playing the game all weekend. Take a Hydra over a military base, watch your Wanted Rating get 5 stars in a split second - and get prepared for INTENSE Dogfights.

there's another mod which keeps you on the bike, so you never fall off. That's how there doing all the stunts.
