Well, from your story, evidence points out that you jumped the kid. Running away from the cops is always a bad idea unless you own a helicopter (Refer to badass of the week post). So pray those cameras show that you didn't jump the kid.

It wouldnt matter if i ran or not..
If i stayed the kid woulda said that i hit him anyways.
The kid doesnt like me so he said that i did it.. He even looked me straight in the eyes and smiled alittle and laughed and said that i was the one that hit him .
