Oh don't get me wrong I'm totally happy that this did happen. That we can get past this race barrier. It is a huge part in history and I'm glad to say im here to see it. I wasn't trying to say that you did. Im just stating that the fact that people did or didnt vote for him is messed up because of his race. I know plenty of people that truely believe in him and have read his books. I also know people that won't vote for him because he is Black. This election was huge, if not the largest in history. We had one side with an white man and a women, and the other side with a black guy and a white guy. Either way no matter which side won it would of been a huge accomplishment. I just don't like that fact that people did vote one way just because of those factors, and thats what upsets me the most. Thetreatment women have recieve has been a big issue as well, whether they be black or white. That is another issue i would love to see america overcome. That is all I was stating with my comment.

which honestly is not THAT much money... it has already been written that your going to get heavily taxed.

If you make less than that... odds are good your going to still get heavily taxed. To implement a plan that would require so much money, you have no choice but to pull it from somewhere. Where do you think its going to come from? You can't tax 100% of the top 20%'s income.

Remember that the Democratic party has been in 100% power in the congress for the last 2 years.

Also, remember that they have even a lower popularity rating than Bush.

Yeah Bush gave us this war in Iraq which was not needed and I'm sure I don't need to state my reasoning, the facts about the start of this war are everywhere.

This war made us spend more money than needed, put us in debt and not to mention the numbers I'm hearing that we are spending weekly to keep this war.

In the end, Gdogg is right, out with Bush in with some new change.
