I need help installing this. when i throw it in decal thingy no picture comes up, and I cant save it or whatever the hell i am supposed to do.

Move that file to your czero folder and you're good to go.

i have a question sword. is it possible to make a animated spray for cz? cuz i know u can for css not sure about cz.

Havnt seen it done in cz, so I'm not really sure if its possible. I dont have css too so I dont know.
