Hey, for some reason. My ping is 250ish and I get bad delay with weapons and sounds etc.

Ive checked if my ping is the same in the pub and surf server. It isnt, its 125-130, i can't understand it.

Anyone help?

I'm actually pinging better on the dust server it must be closer to the east coast, I dont get why you're having ping problems most guys I played with over there pinged in 40-50 range.

Yeah, I mean yesterday my ping was fine @ the server. Its just now, its really high. I cant understand it a single bit

sys_ticrate 280 <--- this is a setting you have to play with on your own server, set it too high and it will max out your server cpu (download hlsw, use the stats command in console and watch the cpu usage, also watch server "fps" if no matter how high you set it, it won't go higher, back it off a bit) Its been a while since I have messed with this, going to play with this today to see if needs to be turned up or down
