Oh, and for the people who didn't it - and more directly the people who went out to show everyone they're not satisfied that they were recruited, understand this:
We are Splak.
We are a family: we have relationships all together as a community, we have history in the time we have spent together, we have skills that benefit one another, we have a diverse community to make everyone feel comfortable and help everyone fit-in.
And anyone who is a member of this clan should feel HONORED. We don't accept anyone as a Splak** member, even though we welcome the entire Counter-Strike community to frag and play with us, whenever, however they want as long as they abide by our rules. Getting into the clan, to wear the tag is an entirely different story, in where we are not lenient on who we let in. Our recruitment process is not perfect, not because you haven't gotten in (ha ha), but because every now and then a we let a new member to become a part of Splak that eventually disregards our rules and goes against us. Our recruitment process is tough, so this doesn't happen. True, older players are typically recruited faster. We are biased about this, I personally am biased as FUCK about it just because I and most of us feel older players are more mature (though that's not always the case, both in just because your old doesn't make you mature, and just your young doesn't mean you can't be), but we're completely honest about who you have shown yourself to be, age being regardless. True - some people are recruited faster, sometimes significantly faster, then others. People have proved themselves to have more potential to become a new part of us more faster then others. This is irrelevant, we do have members that have taken MANY months to be even recruitable (if I may make my own word up) worthy. However, in the end most of the time these individuals turn out to be the most prominent, and most active in the clan. Patience is only a major part of the key; your patience and personality is truly what every individual should practice if trying to get in. We are a family and in a sense, we run a tight ship. We will only consider those who have shown that they have meet our recruitment requirements, and then some. We will only recruit those who have shown that done everything as stated, but have grown to be a part of Splak that it just seems natural for yourself to be let in. Yes, we deal with things firmly and effectively, yet our main priority is to have a fun time with everyone, Splak or not. We are fair and our actions are only in the interest of the Splak community, we are mature in that we deal with matters efficiently and appropriately, we are unique individuals because everyone has their own story from a different background, we are one. This is how we are, and never, ever, ever could we fake moves.
We ARE Splak.
