constructive criticism please. Quote: Recruitment post should only be replied to with statements regarding the player, and only positive statements or constructive criticism. Anything along the lines of "this guy sucks" will not be tolerated, this does not help for recruitment. "Hey man, if you want to get in, quit spamming your microphone" is more like it, this lets us (and him) know what he is doing wrong.
