Someone called 'K.I.A' changed there name to ".:skeet|$maker"

I asked him a numerous of times to take the .:Skeet| tag off, but didn't comply with it.

just pm me next time, or even a steam friends message. if I see him again, i'll let him know to not wear it. if he doesn't comply, he'll get a ban. probably won't see it happen again though.
