Currently we do not officially allow exports. However, since there has been a recent high volume of these requests, we have decided that we can manually do exports for our customers for a fee of $50 (USD). Once the transaction is confirmed, we will export the database and email it to you.

You should know that our database structure is different than a standard phpBB database as we have more than several mods that do not come with a standard phpBB installation, so you will need to do some minor modifications to the sql dump before you will be able to import it. This can be quite complicated at times. If you are unsure of how to do all this or just don't want to deal with the hassle, we can also do the import to your new board for an additional fee of $75 (USD).

If you would like these services, please send payment through Paypal to billing@forumsplace.com Please make sure to include the name of your forum as well as the email that you would like the sql dump to be sent to in your request.

Hmm, well, seems not worth it, so we need to figure out if we want this done or not, looks like it will cost $125 to move our forums. What it looks like now, that will work better is this, for the next 2 weeks or so, someone who wants to help, and this person will need to give me like 2 hours of their time one night (and in exchange will get forum admin) will sit in teamspeak with me and help me out, making a mirror copy of our current forums, same setup, same everything, and copy all the stickies and important topics, until we feel like we have a good enough copy of our forums. Then I will lock down the current forums, lock every forum down and send a mass email to all our forum members that we have moved. The these forums will stay up (locked though) as a archive. Also in the mass email I will tell every they have to re-register, and that all recruits will need to re-post their recruitment request. ....that is, unless someone has a spare $125 just laying around.

i'd be up for helping you move, but i pretty much cant get on the old forums at all most times now. I could fork in maybe 40-50 bucks here in the nexyt week if we wanted to move it, but i cant throw in a full 125.
