i think thats called strafing...anyone can do it.

but im pretty sure theres a script that will make you do it perfectly.

Just an FYI.

When I air strafe on low grav maps I just use my mouse by moving it from side to side and using my strafe keys. If you see me spinning really fast its because I play with 14.0 sensitivity.

If you see me crouch walking, especially on scoutzknivez, I don't use a script. In the options menu for keyboard, I just have duck set to mousewheeel down. When I strafe in the air and gain speed I can crouch walk pretty quick on the ground. It's all about the timing. This is probably what Wonderbread was talking about (and it's not a hack or bs by the way).

Also I've just recently started doing it but for bunny hopping I just have jump set to mousewheel down. I alternate them. For example on low grav maps where I can strafe I set duck to mousewheel. For normal maps I sometimes set jump to mousewheel down for bunny hopping.

I've been reading these posts and they're getting kind of confusing. I mean ya crouch walking does play to my advantage but everyone can learn to do it. It's kind of like some players being much better at using hook than others.

Yes you can do that when the air accelerate is really high. I can get lots of speed just off the ground.

Its simple, bottom line...do not use hacks, do not use scripts. Play with what the game gives you once you first open it. Do not use anything that will give you an advantage over any other player...easy as that.

That's where its getting very confusing....

it seemed pretty obvious to me?if it gives you an advantage over the other players in the server just dont use it..

If you sat down on a fresh install of CZ, setup the keys the way you want it (no binds, just in options), vs sitting at your computer as-is now, are you able to do something you cannot do at the other, as in, you bound something to the mouse wheel to pick up crazy speed, can you do that without the bind??? if you cant... then you are cheating.

Just like if there was a command to make walls clear, not a hack or anything, but just a command, or a simple script of commands that made some walls invisible, you are cheating, even though you did not "install" a cheat or hack.

FYI if anyone is on a map, and I see you gaining a bunch of speed skipping along the ground, in my server, or any other servers, I will remove you from the clan, and ban from all my servers for speed cheating, just like a speed hack, you are cheating the system and it is unfair to people who are not cheating.

same goes for 16-bit, right? since it helps you see through smoke nades a bit (just saying so everyone can switch it to 32-bit)

No, I don't care about that, it helps raise your fps if you computer sucks. If it is an option in the game (as in the options menu) than its fine with me, its really not an advantage anyway, nothing like a bind that makes your gun shoot 10x normal speed, or makes you move really fast, or makes you harder to hit/silent when you run.

wow wow wow cole, no crouch walking? It's what you do in CAL. It's not a cheat and barely a script.
