man, i felt dead the whole day today.. still do.. didn't sleep at all last night. I was gonna do my hw from over the weekend and i said wtf? why not do it over the night? so i stayed up but i didn't do no hw -.-

I need at least 10 hours of sleep, mostly 12 or even sometimes 14....I have a bad sleeping schedule.

I'm trying to fall asleep at a certain time now, not just when I get tired :/

Since I work mostly during the hours of darkness I get horrible sleep. Depending what work throws at me I get anywhere from 4 to 6 hours a day.
