So, implement the powers to the equation, and then factor out the 4. Divide both sides by 4 and then combine like terms. Afterwards, subtract z^2-22/7 from both sides of the equation. Then divide both sides of the equation by 2y, and take the square root of both sides of the equation. Lastly, simplify.

y((2x)+2z^-(22/7))^2=500,000 Million Dead

2y(x^2)+z^2-(22/7)=125000

2yx^2-22/7+z^2=125000

2yx^2=875022/7-z^2

x^2=((875022/7)-z^2)/2y
