Crysis:

CPU:"Intel P4 2.8GHz or faster(3.2 GHz for Vista)/ AMD Athlon 2800+ or faster(3200+for Vista)/Intel Core 2.0 GHz or faster(2.2GHz for Vista)"

I have XP

My Processor:AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4200+ 2.20 GHz

Do I meet the required specs? I couldn't tell, because the system req.s on the box seemed a bit vague on the AMD side.(No listed GHz?) I know the answer might be obvious to some of you, but please consider that I'm just trying to make ABSOLUTE SURE before I waste $50 and open the case.

2800+ = 2.0Ghz


Check to see if this site has the game before you buy it though (in this case, it does have Crysis).

So you may want to check that site first, it will accurately tell you if your computer will be able to play it, either on bare minimum or the recommended settings.

In this case, I passed for the minimum settings, but failed the recommended because I have insufficient memory on my GPU

Okay, so I went there and it said that I met all of the reccomended specs except for the vid. card, but I was only a bar away from that one. I have a Nvidia GT Force 8500, and the reccomended is an 8800, but w/e. I think it'll run pretty well, still.

So my computer CAN run it! Thanks Display.

awol, dont waste your money, get a better CPU and GPU before you go after it.

it kicked my roommates PC's ass. cole will provide spec's later.

i probably cant play it on minimum. source doesn't run at all on my computer
