My computer got hacked at the start of last dec, re-installed windows, only to have my hard drive die a few hours alter, bought a new hard drive, and re-installed windows. Lost my account info for my old account, so i bought a new one. I currently run wireless, and ran it before i rebooted aswell, no other laggy issues other than CZ, I join any server in CZ, and my ping skyrockets to 1000+, default rates(same as what i ran before) I have no clue whats going on, but any input would be great. |

I think it might be the wireless. In my experience anyhow, wireless and fps games just don't mesh. With my wireless adapter I would get MASSIVE ping spikes like 3000+ for like 3 seconds than be able to play normally for 30 seconds. Truthfully try connecting your computer to your router directly via Ethernet. See if that fixes anything. If not, I don't know  .

what puzzles me is thative been running the wireless playing CZ for 2+ years now, and several fresh installs of windows/CZ |

i've got wireless and i get better ping than i had with the non-wireless connection.. before i had 39-100 ping now i get 5-40 ping.. |

Hmm you installed all your drives right? Such as your graphics card/mother board drives? Other than that I can't help you man. |
