Its impossible i cant find aquarter of these files
Is it possible for someone to like compress most of these files into afew big folders and put them on rapidshare or anything? If thats too much of a problem itll be alright then.

Also the problem is the steam update people are saying because When i dl steam their are the only afew files in my steam folder and people said when the update happens thats when it dles the rest of the files but it wont let me do the update because im missing those files hahah so idk

Try this:

MOVE your steamapps folder, (its all the games, no install should be needed)

Uninstall Steam, make sure the steam folder is completely gone, reinstall steam. See what happens

Honestly, all the files you should need to get steam/cz running should be automatically downloaded.

only thing id recomend is just reinstalling steam or emailing techsupport on steam.
