hi

when i restarted my pc

i clicked on steam and an error said failed to load overlay localization file
reinstall steam..
and this happen

when you turn the pc press f8 and select Safe Mode and when you appear a window that says YES or NO press no, and then choose a day before you succeed the problem

Ah you did a system restore. You did not fix the issue, you just moved your computer back in time before it was messed up. Not saying you did anything wrong, but you cheated... jk
