I have XpertVision, and thought I would check out the fan control. The temperature is running about 48-50 and its set on 100% dynamic speed. What should any normal PC temperature be? |

Depends on the processor you have. Although I would be worry if its in the 70's. |

unless its a prescott. find out your processor ie. E1100 et al Hit "windows" and pause break at the same time. that will give you that info. |

50s is fine. 60s is alright... 70s is when you will probably need a new fan. |

That is ok, your cpu will stop working at 72, not damage, but it will just freeze until it drops then go again, in game will fell like lag every few seconds. Maybe it just need cleaning, but if that is your idle temp, that is high (but not too high) if that is your load temp (like in games) then that is fine. |

I'll probably give it a clean this weekend, depending on how tired I am from my sisters wedding. Instructions on how to clean would be nice, just so I don't completely feck it all up. 
50oC is pretty much the temperature all the time when it isnt in use, or when I am playing games. Im trying the fan speed at different percentages, just to see how good it keeps the temperature down. |

Get a can of compressed air, blow out all the dust, especially the CPU heatsink, you should not have to remove anything, just open, clean, close, done. |
