Slow hook

Post subject:  Slow hook
Everytime I hook its takes like 1-3 secs to hook again....
Anyone know how I can make it work faster?
It's faster for people who have higher ping than me so I dont think the ping is the problem...

Anyone? :?

It happened to me awhile back. Theres a post in Technical Issues if you looked :P

Check your rates, try 25000 to 30000. I have mine at 25000
Also check your cl_cmdrate and cl_updaterate should be about 45 (Thats what mine is)

Thats all I can say.

He may be typing something wrong, put these in console

rate 25000
cl_cmdrate 40
cl_updaterate 40

Or next time you are in the server I will do it for you.

I have my cl_update rate and cl_cmdrate at 30.

I'm running on a 3.0 ghz hard drive and I've got a Gefore MX 420 card (<-- sucks)
