I have a fast internet connection and my computer is also fast with no problems. Recently however my internet browsers have become very slow and I either get a Network Timeout error or the page does not load completely, or there are some errors in the page. It seems to only affect my broswers and nothing else that uses the internet. It also seems to affect certain websites since some are regularly fast while others are really slow.
Oddly enough, downloading is still fast with no problems.

I'm running scans even though I just reformatted and those scans reveal nothing, I even tried using Vundofix which came up with nothing. This is really annoying, please help.

If reformatting is not enough, then i'll wipe out the entire harddrive and reinstall XP. Last time I did this there were no problems. If this doesn't work then I don't know what will.
