So lately my internet has been super slow. I've been getting like 4-5 Mbps on a High Speed Cable line even though I should have been getting around 8. So I finally decided to call my ISP. I explained my situation and I got a bunch of lame excuses and what not. So after about 10 minutes of talking to the guy he said that he thinks he finally fixed my problem, whatever it may have been, and now I get this (without paying a penny more)...

Keep in mind I was getting 4-5 Mbps before and yea I know upload speed is still kinda low.

For a weird reason is my upload is being capped by 10 megs but its usually 20/20.
