i think so cuz then we can upload vids and stuff of our clan members, and spread the word about Splak. |

Nay, Rapidshare is the way to go. The question is would the public be allow to upload anything to the splakupload site? If so there will be many legal issues. Saem thing goes for videos. Also you need a hefty server and bandwith for upload site. |

obviously there are rules. I can access it anytime to delete illegal files. PLUS there are no waiting time... FULL DOWNLOAD AND UPLOAD SPEED. Also. There are no confirmations. |

Orly? Full upload speed? I would be able to upload my stuff at 5 megs upload and be able to download it at 20 megs? I doubt it. |

Doubt it, you'll have a restriction on your bandwidth with whatever web company you're with. |
