Adult swim, it's on 11:45 in indiana I think, but i dunno for sure. It's about a super jail. Real surreal artwork, I think the old MTV artists do it.

Its the weirdest show I seen. Although is does bring back old shows that used to appear in locomotion (It was a tv channel for southamerica where they had a bunch of drawn shows including south park, evangelion, mtv drawn short shows and so on.)
