Woo! Just bought a brand spankin new Ibanz Art 100 for 300$ well it usually costs around 800. Great tone, and many nice features.

It's all in preference and style.. Gibson's are great (Les Paul, you dig) to rock out to, but my Fender Strat shreds like no other. |

Well, my last guitar was a strat, and I do enjoy it, but in just about every non-signiture Strat, the picks up tend to be create a lot of fuzz if your not grounding the current between two of them. And half the time that doesnt even get rid of the fuzz. So they give you a five pick up switch that only two modes sound good in. |

tactical i realized the same thing. ewww. i got a ibanez. it look like a stratocaster but its black with a white pick guard. its form a starter pack i got for like 250. |

Ya man I got the Active EMG's (they're battery powered thats how kickass they are). Like if i use the neck pickup i get a nice bluesey tone but if I use the bridge pickup I get a kickass shred solo for like easy squeals for like Cemetary Gates. |
