i've got a fracture in my knee, but it's not a normal one, some people get it w/ growth and it turns out it heals by time (possibility) or i gotta get it drilled till i get the blood flow into that part of my knee (only 30% chance of healing it) and i can't play anymore sports, and i can't even do Gym, or run and it takes YEARS of healing, i've had this issue since 6th grade (3 years ago) and my parents thought i was bsing them just to get out of school (won 500 bucks from my dad, we did a bet, so it's not THAT bad ) my knee problem is called "osteoarthritis" more info. on that here: http://www.emedicinehealth.com/osteoart ... cle_em.htm my doctor said he's been keeping an eye on someone when he was my age and now he's like 22 or 23 and he still complains about it, if i keep on doing sports and all that stuff, the bone can just come off and float in my knee and then i'll be open to arthiritis, anyways, this is bullshit :\

Here's some hope for you: My friend had a similar problem(if not the same one? I can't remember) When he was younger. After about two years, he was fine and now he's doing a whole bunch of stupid shit running and jumping around.

I can identify with you. There are some days I can't use my entire right arm, not even a little.

That sucks a lot. I've a friend whose knee like pops out all the time when he runs and does sports and it's pretty sick. It like sticks out wildly and he has to like force it back into place everytime. It's almost like a dislocation.

I had heel and knee injuries before and had to go to surgery, but it wasnt the same injuries as you have, but now I'm healed and back doing what I love to do the..

So yeah.. I hope you get better, if I was able to heal and get back you should be too

Knee injuries suck, I know. And the pain meds you get after surgery dont get you as high as others say they do. Once that morphine wears off so does the fun.

I guess theres a lesson to be learned: If it hurts, check it out. My parents used to be like that, the whole " your just bsing dont worry about it" attitude. Then I got an ear infection and had to go through the pain of having my ear drum rumpture (which, to me is a lot of pain), then while blood started to pour out of my ear, they took me to the hospital.
