Mmkay, so I've been thinking about a Splak Tech Team. The reason for this is so that people dont post topics that have already been posted before. So like, people who are having trouble with Counter-Strike or computer problems could send a PM to someone in the certain team. So like. Certain people could be Pm'ed for Computer Issues. Some for Program Issues and some for Game Issues. It's just a thought, but I wanna hear what other people in the community would think too. If this happens I dont know. Remember, this is just an idea. |

The 'Team' could just idle in the Splak group chat room. No one else uses it, and Steam is obviously something that everyone has. (I'd also make a Steam Community update to make sure it's only reserved for this purpose. |

But I just think it would be easier instead of posting topics that have been posted before. I personally think it would be 100x easier. I mean, I'd love to do it.. But it's up to the head admins I guess. |

cursed sasuke Yeah. We have the Technical Issues FAQ. But I think the Tech Team could be there just incase none of the answers work. The FAQ cant also give people errors with Programs or Computer Issues. Im not saying the FAQ is bad, I think its great. But like I said, incase none of the answers are there. If we get an error that hasnt been added to the FAQ, Display or someone can add it so people know what to do. |

i dont completely understand, in the tech FAQ every member that can try to post a solution does, but if that doesnt fix it we ask the same people in a pm? |

Everyone isnt posting Sollutions in the FAQ though. Also people cant think of every problem/issue of the top of their head and post it. |
