aight so my siter was telling me about how some guy predicted every pope that "came to throne" I suppose so I looked it up. Apparently he did preditct every pope and appaently he predicted that after the current pope there would be no pope. Now now, while I think religion is insanity, I have NO problem with the people who practice it, just the extremists. Butttt I do think the world would be a much better place with out it, at least in this day. |

Being over-literal and over-technical as I am.... The end of Christianity would NOT be a good thing in today's world, strictly speaking. The end of ONE religion bolsters ALL of the other religions, and one is bound to make a push to come out on top. (If not two, or three. Which means war.) Extremists would find means to strengthen morale and so on and so on. Plus, you don't need a Pope to have a religion. So, even IF there wasn't a Pope after this one...So what? Although I doubt it. I think there definitely will be another Pope. |
