...also, there are attorneys that will take this case up front and take a % of your winnings. That way your parents don't have to pay up front. Most attorneys around here work for 135+ an hour. They contingency fee is normal around personal injury/accident attorneys. Anything over 1/3 is high. Before you pick one, research them to make sure that you have an experienced attorney in that field. You dont want to just get someone and they refer you to someone and both of them take a cut into your winnings.

What state do you live in... I may have a friend that has passed the bar in that state...and would know somethings about the law there.

Let me know if you have any questions about the business end of atty's. I dont know the law, but i worked for a bunch of them... and my mother is an office manager for a law office.

Lol and I just found out I could SUE the soccer league for allowing a dog around the soccer fields specially since there IS a rule that says no dogs should be in even if they have a leash or not.

Thats a little over the top. It would be ridiculous to have to pay someone to be there 24/7 to make sure that someone wasn't bringing a dog on the field. Plus, its alot of fun to bring dogs out to the park to play with. If they are well behaving dogs. Its shitty to ruin that for everyone because someone thinks that bringing a shitty dog out w/ out a leash is cute.

Its not their fault. Its the owner of the dogs fault. If someone must be punished...punish them.

I think you would have to prove that they let the dog on the field JUST to bite you. You might be able to go for negligence though.

JUST to bite him? only reason why i see pets aren't aloud there is for allergy's so he can sue for that or something, i sure as hell wouldn't want to see a dog on the field, after losing a game, if i were allergic to them

I'm sure there are other reasons too. My dog acts like a jack-rabbit fucking terrier when a ball is around. And you dont want a dog interupting your game by stealing the ball, and bicicle kicking a goal? That would be totally radical man...
